Client initials for ALL notifications

When I have messaging alerts set to "use client initials," alerts that a client has paid still show the full name. Can this setting be applied to ALL notifications?

When I schedule a Telehealth appointment in the calendar the following shows up the in the "Notes" section:"FIRST AND LAST NAME Invitation URL: https://drianrugg.theranest.com/virtualrooms?token..." Is there a way that the full first and last names can be replaced with just initials? Thanks, Ian Rugg
