Enable monthly superbill generation

Send automatic statements clients on a monthly basis How this would work is there could be an option on the settings tab where a user could elect to have monthly or quarterly statements sent directly to cllients by email and/or a link to the client portal With another selection to have a regular statement or a superbill to clients. This is neccessary so that each client is made aware of their bill without the user having to create an invoice for each client.

When a colleague told me just yesterday that they have this feature on their EHR, I made a note to sign in and suggest this feature and am glad to see others have done the same. It would be such a time/memory saver!

SuperBills - It would be great to be able to turn this feature on for each client. It is so hard to remember which clients need one and which do not and I do not like my clients going into the client portable, I want to provide it for them via email. for example client A does not need a superbill, Client B needs one - so there can be a check box to have all sessions billed automatically send the superbill. PLEASE make this happen.

Theranest's competition (Simple Practice) has had this feature for years. The feature would allow the Clinician to check a box that tells Theranest to automatically send super bills (note just invoices or statements) to clients Many of my clients request Super Bills as my practice is strictly private pay. It would save me A LOT of time if Theranest would auto generate the client's super bill or if the client could go into their client portal and retrieve the Super Bills themselves.

Generate monthly superbill statement that looks similar to the one that can be generated for just one session. Right now, batch statements provides unnecessary info and does not look very professional, even when you tell it to include superbill info

YAZZZZZZZ Please, I would pay additional for this service, as a group practice where I supervise folks on top of my caseload, manually creating superbills for the caseload and others is soo labor I serve plenty of folks who self-pay - and look to be reimbursed, I would love an automated service

Yes please. A feature to enable (1) Superbill for multiple Invoices or Dates of Service. Especially since TheraNest is designed to create individual Invoices/apply payment from the Daily Agenda... Or, enable a way to accept payment from the Daily Agenda (in addition to, or instead of, Create Invoice.) Then an invoice could be generated monthly/as needed.
