Add log of when statements/invoices/superbills are emailed to clients
It would be great if there was a record on each client's ledger when the last statement or invoice was sent to them. We need to be able to track dates of when invoices/statements were sent to clients in order to give them a 2nd Notice or 3rd Notice of payment due.

The Activity Log will now include a record of when statements, invoices, and superbills are emailed to the client. Check out our release notes for more information!
YES! this is a great idea that should definitely be incorporated. Right now, we're doing this manually and every time adding a contact note to the client's contact log - it takes forever for our admin to take care of this.
It'd be helpful if when I email a superbill to a patient, the date I did so is tracked in Theranest. I know there is an option to email myself a copy of their superbill, but I have no need to do this and it would be cumbersome and inefficient to track that data by referencing my emails. Instead, I'd like to be able to simply look the superbill in the ledger and confirm when it's been emailed.
I think more activities need to be present in the activities log. I think that when someone emails an invoice or sends a one time payment link, it should appear in the activity log as well so that it can be traced back and referenced later is someone disputes something. I try to keep record of when I email invoices to clients but it would be nice to show them proof when they claim they did not get an invoice. Example: (*Staff Member* emailed invoice #12345 for *Client Name*) or (*Staff Member* emailed one time payment link for Invoiced #12345 to *Client Name*). I think it would be super beneficial in keeping track of accounts payable, especially with practices with more than one provider.
It would be nice to show if a superbill has been emailed to a client. When you see the list of invoices maybe have a note you can see without going into the invoice that shows a superbill was emailed to that client.
It would be great if superbills and invoices that are sent to clients could be automatically stored in the client account, perhaps in general documents tab or in the ledger. I would much rather have this feature than having the statements emailed to the person who processes the invoices or the superbills.
Please include the ability to show a report of times when we have sent unpaid balance ledgers to clients! Preferably with an auto-populated link to the client portal so that they can log in and make a direct payment from the ledger so that we can spend less time chasing people down for money they have already agreed to pay
This would be a very helpful feature to assist us with billing and follow up for payment with clients to ensure that we follow up in a timely manner but also do not bombard clients with statements. Thank you!
Please create a way to keep track of when private pay clients’ statements are emailed (sent to them) so clinicians can better track outstanding invoices.
This would be very helpful for our billing department. We need to track how many statements we have sent to clients who are not paying so we know when to collect from them...2nd notice, 3rd notice, final notice, etc.
Sometimes I send from the batch statement and sometimes from the individual client ledger so it needs to be something that tracks from both.
I would like to be able to see when I last emailed an invoice to a client. This would help ensure I'm not sending the same invoice more than once, and help me send reminders at appropriate times.
There are so many votes for this change. Can you please update us. I'm starting to feel discouraged with the lack of movement on quite a few suggestions.
