View when invoices, superbills, and statements were sent from client ledger

Allow me to view when invoices, superbills, and statements were sent from the client ledger so I don't have to search through the activity log to find this information.

Could we have Theranest automatically add invoices sent to contact log so that there is a record of the date the system sent invoices to a client? Thanks

Please create some way for me to know if I have emailed an invoice to a client. There are times that I create an invoice, but I may not be able to email it at the time I create the invoice. I know I can send a copy of the invoice to my email, but that will fill up my email and I question the confidentiality of sending an invoice to a gmail account. Thank you!

When you send a superbill or receipt to a client is it possible to get a confirmation that is always visible on the ledger of the date that it was sent. Or a ledger in a separate tab that documents when all superbills or receipts were sent to the client email. This will help when a client says they never received a receipt or superbill for the office to verify that it was indeed sent on a certain date and time.

Add a 'Shared' or 'Email' to the invoice like it does when it is 'Awaiting Submission' or 'In Process' to show that a Superbill, One Time Payment Link, or and Invoice has been send to the client, and have the date and time automatically populate in the footnote of the invoices.

An item that would be a big help is in your new "grid" for clients...is to have a section for last invoice created and or sent. For full pay therapists where we send out an invoice at the end of the month...helps to have that information at our finger tips. Also, might want to have the grid break down for ICD-10 Codes too....will help larger practices refer to for groups that they may have...ie, you have age...ICD-10 would continue on that path.

Allow a way to review when a clients statement/superbills have been generated and/or printed...and by whom. Allow a way to easily review each time a client has been sent a 'client portal message' with at least part of the subject 'August Reminder: Check Your Balance!'. We send this out on a monthly basis as a reminder for all clients to login their account to check for any balance due. Since there is no record within a clients profile of when a client portal message has been sent or statement has been generated/printed or by which staff member, this has been a tedious manual process for our staff. Especially when there are hundreds of just active clients. We feel it is something that needs to be recorded for best practices.

It would be beneficial for me to be able to see when I've emailed statements/invoice to a client from their client details or somewhere on their account without having to search the activity log. Also, the activity log only allows you to go back 3 months so its unhelpful for me to review past due invoices beyond that point. I think it would also be helpful if when an invoice is emailed to a client they also receive an automatic text message to check their email or portal for the new invoice. Theranest needs better record keeping features for invoices/statements.

It would be helpful for AR tracking to be able to export basic information from Batch statements are are sending out each month to clients. I would like to see Statement Date Client First and Last, Address statement is sent to, Client Balance Due, Insurance Balance and total statement balance exported to a csv file. This would allow AR to track which statements were sent out and identify clients that have met the criteria for collections processing more efficiently.

It would be great to have a small visual indication of some sort that shows a superbill has been sent to the client. A confirmation window pops up after it is sent, but some sort of icon or something on the line of the specific invoice would be really helpful.

Document all actions per client in an obvious place under clients name such as when a superbill is sent

It says this was completed but it was not. Searching through the Activity Log for a specific action on a specific client's ledger is not feasible. We need to be able to view on an individual client's profile when they were last sent an invoice/statement.

It says this idea was completed but it was not. Having to search through the entire Activity Log for a specific action is not what is needed!! We need to be able to view ON AN INDIVIDUAL CLIENT'S PROFILE when they were last sent a statement.

I agree. It would be very helpful to have a record of when a statement has been emailed to a client.

There needs to be some sort of record and reminder in place as to when a statement gets sent to a client.

When insurance claim has been submitted, the fully paid invoices will show an blue "In Progress" box with each date of service. Please add this for "superbill sent" after it has been sent to client so it is easily visible.
