Merge duplicate clients

When a duplicate client is accidentally created, have a way to merge the two clients so you don't lose any data when you delete the duplicate.

      The ability to merge clients would be very useful. When a client is added a second time in error it leads to mistakes and could impact the diagnosis and treatment a client receives.

      There's a second ticket about this same thing. Add ability to merge duplicate cases Vote · 51 voters · 6 comments · open in new window → If a second case has been opened for a client it would be nice to be able to merge it with the old case.

      Make it easy to combine duplicate files. When it's clearly verified by name, DOB and SSN that a file was duplicated, allow the option to combine the files.

      It would be very helpful to be able to merge clients that have been accidentally set up multiple times.

      When uploading additional client information to existing clients, system should be able to add the information without creating a duplicate client.
