When I delete a client, have TheraNest delete all the associated case notes, invoices, etc. I shouldn't have to remove this information first before deleting the client because it takes too much time.
Yes, it is unethical to keep files indefinitely. I suggest the account owner have access to delete files once they have reached maturity age. We need to be able to delete without having to go in and delete every note, ledger and appointment.
I would like to delete clients due to the law of only requiring files for 5 years. However, it seems very cumbersome to delete. Is there an easier way? If not, can I please make a suggestion to allow deleting files easier. Deleting files decreases liability.
