Allow me to add and remove fields to the client's details and additional details so that I can track additional information outside of what TheraNest provides.
It would be great if you could completely customize what you see on the details page. Most of the sections on there we do not use, but we do use the household management section at the very bottom of the page. It would be great if we could even choose where things were on the page. So if for instance we use the household section the most that could be moved above the income or other sections (kind of like re-ordering the provider names on how you want to see them on your schedule).
I don't agree with all of the suggested additions listed here but I would like additional funding sources besides insurance. I work with first responders and often have the police union, fire union or other non-profit cover their referrals co-pay. It would be helpful to have that in addition to the insurance information.
I need custom questions added to the clients detail page. I would like to see the administration have the ability to add our own questions.
I would like to add the following questions for our practice.
1) Are you currently in danger of physical or domestic violence?
2) Are you feeling homicidal?
3) Are you feeling suicidal?
4) Are you a member of the armed forces or a veteran?
I would love to see a note box next to the phone numbers and email address to show whose phone it is. For example, for a minor, I would like to know if I am calling mom, dad, grandma etc. I would also like to note if a client would not like me to leave a voicemail etc. I think "home" phone is becoming non-existant. I would rather see a primary or secondary phone.
Being able to customize the fields or even remove fields on the "additional details" page for a client. Most of that information is something I think most people would not need to capture unless working in a specialized setting. That of course would be even more reason to have it be customizable.
Clients to add therapist, primary care dr, psychiatrist, etc. and information automatically to file (I have them put it into the intake paperwork. Then I need to take the time to re-type it.
The "Profile" and "Demographic" tabs in the client portal provide really minimal information. Client's cant indicate what is the best time to call them or if they don't want us to leave messages, etc. That means we need to create a separate form to ask those questions, and then transfer the information from the form we created to the fields that are in TheraNest. It seems there should be a way to let the client answer all fields that are related to the client's preference.
So many fields could be answered by the client:
May we leave a voice mail?
Do you want to receive text reminders?
Whom may we thank for referring you?
Who is your employer (or school)
It would also be really helpful to be able to list more than one phone number and more than one emergency contact. That's something that's being done just about everywhere, to list at least two emergency contacts. Children have two parents. Adults tend to list their spouse and an adult child, or their spouse and a parent if their parents are still living. The idea that in this day and age every person has only one emergency contact unlikely.
It would be great if we could customize some fields in the Client Details page. For example: we have changing needs with grant awards and reporting. It would be great if we could add a Military Service area so that we could pull this in a report.
On the clients tab, Currently- Full Name, Actiavted On, Balance, Actions...
