Allow clients to fill out Additional Details in the Client Portal
The additional details page gets overlooked a lot and as a result, isn't filled in. Allow clients to fill out this information on the client portal.

It would be great if we could send clients the "additional details page" so they could fill that information out themselves and the data would auto-populate into their chart. Thank you for the consideration!
I wish the Other Details information was available in the client portal. Especially the health information. It would be very easy for the client to fill this information out themselves and save more time during the first session.
