    It would be much more efficient if the reminders sent to clients included the day of the week. It now reads APPOINTMENT Reminder on 8/27/18 at 11 30 AM , should be APPOINTMENT Reminder on MONDAY, 8/27/18 at 11 30 AM. Please.
