Add "Next..." and "Previous..." buttons to Contact Logs, Treatment Plans, and Progress Notes

For treatment review purposes, it is often necessary to browse through existing Contact Logs, Treatment Plans, and Progress Notes for a particular client. Currently, TheraNest makes it necessary to exit a Contact Log, Treatment Plan, or Progress Note, go back to the master list for each type of note, and then select the next desired note to review. This can become very cumbersome and even annoying if a lot of browsing is necessary. Adding “Next…” | “Previous…” buttons at the top of each relevant page (next to “Print” and “Save”) would make forward and backward browsing through existing Contact Logs, Treatment Plans, and Progress Notes so much easier!

I agree with many of the suggestions here. It is very cumbersome to have to view each note (especially notes that are older) as we have to customize the view each time we hit "back" on the browser.

It would be so helpful to be able to move from note to note once one is opened, e.g. with back and forth arrows, to make for better progress note review. It would also be helpful to have a search/find keywords within client cases! E.g. I want to search "medication" among one clients' files instead of looking at them one by one.

I would like to be able to view multiple notes at once or at least be able to go to previous/next progress notes for a client without having to click back to the full notes list (remember which date I just viewed) and click into another one.

This would be incredibly helpful for quality assurance auditors who must go through a laborious process in order to look at the notes one by one. This would save soooo much time and would really add to this EHR!

This would be a wonderful addition. This inability to quickly scroll back and forth through notes is a quality assurance nightmare as it costs so much more time to check notes against prior notes. Please add this!

Please consider adding a "previous note" and "next note" feature to the progress notes tab for better navigation! When doing audits, it's very difficult to navigate back to the full list and remember what note you were just looking at -- especially when there is a long list of progress notes. This would help a great deal with functionality.

Make it so you can easily click through progress notes. A forward and back button. That way you can quickly click through to see the narrative instead of having to back out and figure out which one is the next one in line each time. It's very clumsy the way it's set up right now not being able to just click through them

when you are reviewing notes to sign, add an arrow so that you can pop to the next note that needs to be signed. Now there is no short cut; you need to click on the bell, then click on the message that there are notes to be reviewed, and then click on the note to review. I would like it to be more efficient.

At times I need to review all notes in a case. It would be helpful to have "previous" and "next" options within each progress note to be able to quickly navigate back and forth between notes. Thank you.

I would like a way to go back and forth between Clinical Notes with "Previous" and "Next" buttons for Custom Forms within the note itself so I do not have to click out of the note just to click on the next one. I do auditing of notes and review them, and it would be easier to be able to flip through the notes. Thank you
