As a supervisor, I would also find it useful to be able to view the details of the contact logs on all one page in chronological order. Right now, I have to click into each note in order to read the information of the log. It is very cumbersome.

As a psychiatrist, new to TheraNest, I would find this feature to be very beneficial. Before seeing each patient, I have to click on the relevant tabs to see if my staff has added any contact log notes, labs, etc since I saw the patient last. This is very cumbersome. It would be great if all entries could be viewed chronologically.

From the perspective of psychiatrists, particularly, I feel this would be very helpful as it would mimic an actual chart. The entries might be a progress note, a couple contact log entries, a lab result, etc....all in chronological order. Easy to view instead of clicking each relevant tab to see what transpired since your last visit with the patient. In essence, customize our view to either see the tabs separately or all items chronologically. This would be similar to how we can customize the grid on the Client page (DOB, phone number, balance due, etc). Surprised there are not more votes for this.

I would like to be able to print a record of services that includes the information in the contact log as well as appointments. It could look like a table/spreadsheet with the date, type of contact and a space for comments. It could also add the appointments. This would be nice to have all contacts on one report.
