To upload something to a progress note, as an image (ideally) or an attachment. I.e. homework assignment or hand written notes that I took during session.

Create an option to upload handwritten progress notes. We can upload documents, but it would be handy to have an option to move an uploaded document to the case notes tab and assign it to an appointment.

As a testing psychologist, I need to be able to add an attachment to a note so I can upload the testing data chart in a pdf and have it attached to the note. This will allow me to do my testing report in TN. Right now, I have to do it in Word because TN does not have this feature. This would be nice to be able to attach a pdf to your note so when it prints, it has the note and the attachment!

Yes please! Sometimes there are activities that we work on that I would like to add to that days note. Currently I can only add files to the general document folder.

At times i am working with clients out of the office doing equine assisted psychotherapy. I would like to be able to be in the agenda and take a picture of the written note and it show up in the note section for that day, not in general documents or somewhere else

Since current tech doesn't allow existing PDF forms to be uploaded to Dynamic Forms it would be great to have an option to add a link option in Dynamic Forms that a user could click on to take them to the PDF form. In other words, make a tab appear that when you open it a link appears that can be clicked on to take the user to the PDF form directly.

In a prior system I used there was an ability to attach uploaded documents directly to a Note, which made it easier to find when looking back to a prior appointment. This is much easier than scrolling through Clinical Documents as it keeps everything in one place. I miss this feature, so I'd love to see it added if possible! Thank you!

Progress Notes should have the option of either connecting to an attached file under clinical document or to upload a file. I like to handwrite my progress notes as it is easier for me, but there is no way for me to connect these to the appointments. This is a feature that looks like it's been asked for since 2014 and should be implemented, if possible.

I would like to incorporate CAMS-Care into Theranest using the fillable version. Then save it directly and link it to progress notes as their session.

Allow for therapist to take a picture and upload their handwritten notes to the client's file.

To be able to upload a pdf in a way to attach it to a note. We can now upload files into the "clinical files" tab but it would be great to attach a file with a specific note - for example something written by the patient/client or a filled out screening form that day that helped in diagnostics.

It would be helpful to have a way to attach a picture/file directly to the progress notes instead of the clinical document folder that is separate. That way I could have a picture of the activity completed by the client attached directly to the progress note

Sometimes I handwrite notes during session, It would be nice to be able to scan those notes and attach them to a particular session/progress note.

Yes sometimes we need to attach a text exchange, an image the client has drawn or processed with, or some other form of communication that has relevance to the case.

Is it possible to include a feature to the notes where-in as a therapist we can ATTACH a document to the note? I am not looking at wanting an addendum as that is already a feature....but an actual ability to attach a document.

Yes, please. I need to find safety plans and pictures relating to the session. Uploading them all in the area of clinical documents is very disorganized. I have to keep a paper file, which defeats the purpose. Thanks!

Can you please add a place to attach a file to notes so that the attachment is attached to the date of the session? Having one place to store a year worth of attachments is frustrating to find the correct attachment. I have to keep a paper file of kids' pictures or worksheets which defeats the purpose of electronic files. Thanks!

Hi, It would be extremely helpful to be able to download a child's picture, sand tray, etc. from each session to those session notes. I know I can download them in clinical documents, but they aren't organized and easy to find. Thanks!

It would be helpful to attach a scanned safety plan to the note itself. If we could attach the .pdf (or whatever file) to the progress note AND the attached document show up in clinical documents (i.e. without us manually uploading the documents twice), it would be very helpful!

Allow me to link or attach scanned documents to the client's progress note. Sometimes my clients complete worksheets during the session and I want them linked to the progress note.
