When editing a client's information, autosave the fields so I don't have to click the save button every time I make a change. When I navigate to other tabs/areas, sometimes I don't remember to save and then all the information is lost.
I would like to have a way we could just click outside the boxes to auto save rather than having to scroll completely up or way down. Other softwares do this and it's very handy.
Autosave feature needed.
Can you add a feature in which documents autosave frequently? Especially the first page of treatment plans. Autosaving any document with multiple tabs would be really useful.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE move the "Enter Insurance Info" button. I simply click the button to add info. and then lose all the information. I agree with Jessica Wilcox. This causes me SOOOOO many problems. GRRRRRRRRRR Autosave?
PLEASE, remove the "Enter Insurance Info" button from the "Client Details" tab. When entering new client information, if this button is clicked before the client's information is saved, all entered information is lost. Having that button may seem like a shortcut, but it is inconvenient when client information is lost, and must be re-entered.
The autosave every few seconds really, really slows down the drop box mental status assessment on each note. Can we have an option to only save every 30 seconds etc?
I agree with this completely! Sometimes I do not see the flag on the screen, especially when I hit the button to enter into the insurance information. It actually doesn't seem to be logical to have to save the info, as there is a link that says - enter insurance information. Perhaps THAT is where the save button should be.. it gets me EVERY time and then I have to enter in ALL the information again. Autosave would be SO HELPFUL>
I am wondering about the "save" feature. It seems like it auto-saves on some parts and not on others. I try to save all the time, but forget and lose important way too often. It would be great if it auto-saved every time you changed pages or functions.
I have lost more time and energy on this particular issue than any other admin challenge that I have encountered in theranest. I definitely would like this to go higher in the list.
