Allow me to send a mass email or text to all of our clients so I can share important clinic information. Although I can send a mass secure message to the portal, not all of our clients are on the client portal.
It would be great if I could send a general text and/ or email to all clients at once. I would love to be able to send out a message to remind clients to pay their balance, make them aware of changes in services, fees, etc. or to give them helpful information like unexpected office closings, staff emergencies or when the road was closed in front of the office telling them how to avoid having to park several blocks away.
I'd like the option to send recurring clients a holiday/vacation closure notification. Ideally this would be something colorful with graphics. I currently use canva to create a fun and aesthetically pleasing email but a simple generic design through Theranest would save me lots of time!
It would be nice if there was a way to email all active clients (BCC of course), this way if there are any urgent changes or policy changes it would be done quickly and effectively. It would be extra helpful if you could filter it by each provider.
Right now you can send SMS through appointment reminder channels, adding this as a global feature using clients as contact list would be a wonderful feature and would be most helpful as wrapped into the subscription for text reminders. Scheduling automatic replies would also be a great feature within this service.
Agree- it becomes complicated when closing for weather or emergencies to reach all clients- I end up trying to change the appointment reminder text feature to make it function- this rarely works- many clients not using client portal or don’t remember user names- would like to be able to use text message feature to mass message and email all users simultaneously for urgent notifications please.
Please create an option to send a mass text message to multiple/all clients. This would be much more helpful when the office needs to close due to weather conditions, when a therapist is out sick. Not all clients are signed up for the client portal.
Be able to text or email cancellations to all scheduled clients at one time. IF the therapist is ill, has an emergency, or there is a weather event, the therapist should be able to fill out a form with pertinent info and have it sent to all affected clients rather than doing it individually.
You can already do this, in the client portal. We have done so many times. Just open up the email portion - COMPOSE... and in the To box.. select the drop down box that says SELECT ALL.
Compose Email and all done.
For Text we do not have this feature, but this would be good, but more importantly is being notified when a client "texts" back and the system responds or alerts us to some form of message.
I'd like to send an e-mail to all our clients (blindly) announcing organization news (updates, video counseling, etc) or just to wish everyone a Merry Christmas, etc.
I agree a mass texting to clients would be awesome. To remind all clients that the office is closed during holidays and whatever days we need to cancel for some reason on short notice. It would save lots of calling. Thanks for considering this option.
This is FANTASTIC!!! I just had a patient, with ID, suggest this feature to assist him in knowing whether or not to make transportation arrangements to come to the session.
Could there be a way to send a batch email to clients on the schedule to notify of cancellations for things such as snow, or emergencies? I think this would be great if so.
