Allow new clients to search by specialty on the Client Portal
Update the Client Portal experience for new clients to search by a provider's specialty. New clients usually don't know which therapist to book with. They are looking for a therapist to address their specific need.
Our intake team (or a possible client) needs to be able to identify which of therapists are available at a certain time and who also have experience with a specific specialty. So, for example, which therapists can I meet with about my anxiety issues on Thursday afternoons? The client portal makes the user choose a therapist first. We want to turn that model upside down. Select a specialty (or concern), and then see which therapists are available when. THEN the user selects a therapist to schedule with.
