Make it easier for clients to submit appointment requests on the portal
Make it easier for our clients to submit appointment requests on the portal. Once they fill in the appointment information they think they are done and forget to click the "Submit" button.
With some regularity, clients believe they have completed their scheduling request, but have not. Clients have to scroll to the bottom of the page to press "submit" before their schedule request has been completed. In a hurry, they fail to do so, but think their appointment has been made. Can this final step be eliminated or made far more obvious so that clients don't miss it?
