Separate canceling and rescheduling settings for the client portal
Right now the client's ability to cancel or reschedule an appointment through the client portal is one setting. Make these separate so we can allow clients to cancel but not reschedule, or vice versa.

It would be great for clients to be able to cancel or request to reschedule through the portal, but not have any other scheduling options. I don't want them to see my calendar. I have many outside appointments that don't end up in my Theranest calendar, so clients think I am more available than I am, and it has caused some frustrations.
I use the client portal to complete intake ppwk and payments and to reference an upcoming appointment but I do not want clients to have the liberty of rescheduling themselves in available slots. Some clients are bad about keeping appointments and not respectful of time and would conveniently cancel and reschedule numerous times. I can disable this feature but clients will still see a link they can click on that will take them to my calendar (even though it won't work). I would just assume the link not be visable so that they aren't even aware of this option
