      The virtual background makes it difficult to verify client location and privacy which are best practices for telehealth sessions.

      Can you create an administrative option to disable the virtual background for client? Best practices requires providers to verify client location and privacy and this is difficult to do with the background. The new feature has also been confusion for some clients who aren't tech savvy.

    Turn off option for background settings in telehealth sessions

    Please include an option to turn off 'background settings' options for clients in telehealth video sessions. It is difficult to see properly and do my work with those options available.
