For clients who are less comfortable with technology, the dial-in option with a specific phone number for the session would be helpful. This also allows for providers in states that do not allow for audio-only telephone calls for telehealth to offer sessions to clients who are not comfortable signing into a video session. This may also bypass some technical and connection issues.
