Issue:
I work at a practice where I only see children. I have multiple families where I see sets of siblings. Theranest does not allow clinicians to use the same (parent) email for multiple children. It will not allow me to add a parent to the contact network with the same email unless the PARENT has a client portal...which would add hundreds of clients to our system (that we do not actually see for therapy) and cost us SO much more money. We only see minors.... we should be able to add multiple parent emails (divorced and blended families) the child's contact network so that they have portal access and can login and fill out paperwork.
At the moment we are having to send parents attachments in individual emails to fill out and return and scan into the system if they want multiple children seen at the practice.
This is NOT user friendly and very inconvenient for clinicians AND parents.
