In a recent update, you took away the ability to add one email address to multiple clients. At my practice, this is a crucial function as one provider may see a parent and another provider, their child, but both are listed under the same email. Without this function, scheduling has been made 10x more challenging, and contacting our clients has been incredibly difficult.

The Contact Network feature allows client contacts to access a client's portal account, where they can complete forms, make payments, and schedule appointments on behalf of the client. This is particularly useful for parents or guardians managing care for minors, or in situations where one individual is responsible for another's care. Additionally, contacts can be added to multiple clients, enabling them to use a single email address to access multiple portal accounts, making it easier to manage care across family members or dependents.
