In a recent update, you took away the ability to add one email address to multiple clients. At my practice, this is a crucial function as one provider may see a parent and another provider, their child, but both are listed under the same email. Without this function, scheduling has been made 10x more challenging, and contacting our clients has been incredibly difficult.
