Bulk Download Notes

  Thanks for submitting feedback! You can currently download multiple notes in two ways:

  1. The client's notes history allows you to download all progress notes for a single case or multiple cases for one client.

     1. Navigate to the client's Details.

     2. Click the "Reports" tab.

     3. Click "Notes History".

     
     

  2. The audit notes report allows you to download all progress notes for one or more clients within a specific date range.

     1. From the left-hand navigation menu, click "Reports".

     2. Under Cases & Notes, click "Audit Notes Report".

     
     

  Here's more information about these two options:

  • Download or Print All Cases and/or Notes

  • Audit Notes Report
