When viewing the client's list of appointments, allow me to see if the date of service has been invoiced or not.

When looking at all appointments (client details, side menu, appointments), show an icon of what appointments have been invoiced/fully paid.
It would be helpful to include if the appointment has a completed/signed note attached. This is all visible under the batch functions under "Billing" but it would be helpful to look at all appointments for a client under their client page to view what is completed/needed.
