Align the options within the Activity Log Actions dropdown with the events recorded in the Activity Log. Examples include:

• Appointment Scheduling:

  • Actions: Appointment Created

  • Activity Log: {Staff name} scheduled {Appointment details} appointment for {Client name} with {Staff name}.

• Client Portal:

  • Actions: Client Registered on Client Portal

  • Activity Log: Client {Client name} signed up from Client Portal.

When troubleshooting an event, if the Actions text and the Activity Log entry don't match, it is difficult to find the events/information required.
