Pull forward the date from the CARC transactions as the payment date

When posting payments manually, pull the date from the CARC transactions and pull it forward as the payment date.

When we manually post a payment and then add our Claim Adjustment Reason Codes, each CARC code has a date, which is the payment date/adjudication date.
