Increase daily limit on deleting clients

Currently, the software limits deleting clients to three per 24 hours. While it seems reasonable to have a limit on this in the event of hacking, three is too low for the volume of business that we do and the number of clients we manage. We propose that this number be raised, or that you allow each customer to set their own limit.
