If I create a dynamic client form or case form that's used multiple times, allow a summary to be displayed of the form in the grid rather than just the date and time, so I don't have to open each one to find the one I need.
We created a client dynamic form for billing contact notes - meaning to document when we spoke to or attempted to speak to the client in regard to their balance due. It would be helpful if we could have a way to enter a subject to be displayed on the tab instead of just the date & time. We currently have no way to easily and quickly see what it was we contacted them about without clicking into the note. When a client has multiple entries, it gets frustrating clicking in + out.
