Because we have to use an abbreviated name to fit it into the tabs, because we have so many tabs, I would greatly appreciate being able to hide the name. For example, I use Intake Assessment Adult and Intake Assessment Minor - to differentiate the two forms. However, I would like to have the actual form name "Biopsychosocial Intake Assessment" - so I can add this in the form area itself.
Or you can create "Name of Form" and "Name of Tab" so we can have the two different.
Sometimes I do not want the form name automatically added to the top of my form. Create an option in the form design that allows user to select "Do not include Form Name on Form".
