Change order of dropdown choices in Dynamic Forms

When I create a Dynamic Form and use a dropdown form element, allow me to rearrange the order of the dropdown choices so I don't have to retype them.

    For Dropdown menu in Custom Forms, allow users to change order of options. This would allow users to keep certain lists alphabetized if elements are added after creating initial form.
