Single select dynamic form element

Create a single select dynamic form element that isn't a drop-down so all options can be seen and the form can be completed faster.

      TheraNest would be amazing for electronic assessments if there was more customizability in the dynamic form creation process. For example, being able to create a check-box question using radial dials so that a question has multiple answers, but client is forced to choose one (such as items that are on a likert scale, ex: GAD-7). Right now, you can just create each question using a drop-down, but that is not accessible for certain kinds of individuals and we need to be able to create various versions. There needs to be more options for question creating. This would greatly make TheraNest greater than their competition.
