Group appointments onto single claim from batch invoicing

Allow me to group a client's appointments onto a single claim from batch invoicing so I don't have to go to the individual invoice to make this selection.

Allow grouping of all appointments into single claim from batch invoicing, a box to select. This would save so much time to not have to go into each invoice and select this feature.
