Label copays on invoices and statements

If a client pays a copay, have that payment be listed as a "copay" on the invoice and statement.

      There is no indication on the Statement what a Clients charge is for. Is it copay, coinsurance, deductible or denial It would help a lot to have that clarification on the statement.
