Change treatment plan button to "Create/Update Existing Treatment Plan"
Once a Tx plan has been there, using the "Create Treatment Plan" button automatically makes a copy of the most recent treatment plan. Change the button to "Create/Update Existing Treatment Plan" so it's more accurate.
