When I save a PDF to my computer (such as a client's progress note, invoice, etc.), have it save as a smaller file size so it's easier for me to email it.

For several of our contracts, we're provided to send pdfs of all progress notes each month. Unfortunately, the file size of the progress notes has been preventing this from happening in an efficient manner (we often need to send 10+ at a time). I'm proposing reducing the overall size of progress notes and invoice PDFs to make them easier to transmit over email.
