Mark all mental status fields as "NA"

The mental status section has a button that can change all answers to "WNL." There should also be a button that changes all answers to " N/A client not present." Its very time consuming to go down the list and type that in for every answer.

In addition to the "WNL" button, add a "N/A client not present" button to the mental status on the progress note because if it applies to one category then it obviously applies to all categories.

It would be so helpful to the option of a button to press "N/A" for all areas under "Mental Status" like we do for "WNL." When a client cancels, we have to go in and select this for all of the areas. It would save a great deal of time.

It would be super helpful to add a "NA" (not applicable) was was added in the mental status exam as a preset button for all categories, similar to the WNL. Many of us who serve children and families have sessions without Client (just parents are present) and therefore need this option as quick one bottom click for all categories. Thanks!

There is a "All WNL" button for progress notes when entering in mental status exam information to fill in the blanks. I would like to see added a button for "All N/A" as a feature, as sometimes this is needed when we may be working with a family member of the individual client. This would make it easier than have to type in "N/A" for each item. Thank you.
