Customize risk assessment fields of a progress note

Please add "Gambling" and "Other Health and Safety Risks (describe below)" check boxes to the "Risk" section of the assessment. State compliance requires assessment of these things and without a customizable assessment, there's no where to put that information to be in-compliance.

Would you be able to customize the risk assessment so other tabs can be added. We would like to add "violence" as a tab for the risk assessment in progress notes.

When completing the Risk Assessment portion of a progress note, add a field for "eating disorder".

a search term for notes or searchable tags for notes (i.e., self-injury) add self-injury to the checklist along with suicidality and homicidality
