Add contact to prospective clients list

Allow me to add a contact to a client on the prospective clients list. I'm unable to use a caregiver's email address because they are associated with an active client.

      Ability to duplicate email in prospective client for an active client (ex: parent contacted to initiate services for sibling, but unable to save in perspective client as email was already in place for active client)
