Honestly it'd be great to have the option to display the place of service code on any grid that also displays the CPT code or Service Type, but I find it would be MOST helpful in the Claims Awaiting Submission page. Since the place of service code needs to be accurate for each telehealth session, it would be amazing to be able to see what the current code in the claim is instead of having to physically open each claim to see if the code is correct.
It would be helpful to have the location code on the billing page to verify it was done accurately. It's adding a ton of time to verify our clinicians have billed sessions properly.
Agreed! Now that we're doing HYBRID work, it feel even MORE important to be able to quickly double-check the POS before submitting the claim (& perhaps having it reject).
Especially with billing so many telehealth sessions, we really need the ability to see the location on the same screen as the other information. As it is right now, I have to open each individual invoice to make sure the location is correct for both the service type and the payer. If it could display in a column on the Claims Awaiting Submission screen my billing headaches would be significantly decreased!
Hi. It would be very helpful (especially now during Covid-19) to have the Place of Service (POS) field as an option to view in the customizeable grid found under Claims, Awaiting Submission. With all the insurance companies changing their rules frequently (and the rules being different between Medicare/Workers Comp and commercial insurers) we all have a lot to keep track to to ensure we're using the right CPT modifier and POS for claims we submit. Having the ability to view the POS as we do a final review before submitting claims would be very helpful.
