Oftentimes there are clients where claims are not yet to be submitted because we are waiting on single case agreements or other items prior to submitting to insurance. If flags are an option in the "customize grid" feature - this will be easier to manage and keep track of. It will prevent claims being submitted incorrectly or prematurely.
Hello, We are wondering if in the "Awaiting Submission" area the "Client Flags" can be added into the options to pick from under the "Customize Grid". Thank you so much!
I need to be able to see client flags on my awaiting submissions tab. Can you add that as an option to customize the grid?
