Don't automatically display pre-defined options when typing in mental status

When clicking into the mental status fields of a progress note, don't automatically display the pre-defined options. Sometimes I just want to enter text without seeing the pre-defined list I can insert.

      The Mental Status section is difficult to use. The drop down box does not snap back after finishing with it, and then it obscures the next line item. I suggest a clickable down arrow at the end of that line (making the drop down menu optional), so that we can just choose to enter text without the use of the drop down menu. Additionally, it would be helpful if the drop down menu appeared to the side of the section, so that it doesn't block the next item. Thanks!
