Add deductible column to the export data report

Yes please. Also see "Deductibles Report" suggestion, which is the same concept. We need a way to be able better stay on top of clients that have insurance with deductibles, aside from maintaining a stand-alone spreadsheet outside of Theranest. This functionality could potentially save users collectively hundreds of thousands of dollars by addressing an all-too-common challenge among private practices that accept insurance.

When exporting the client demographic report include billing info such as deductible amount, max out of pocket, coinsurance, etc.
