Alert me if no auth on file when scheduling an appointment

Alert me if there's no authorization on file, or if the authorization has expired, when scheduling an appointment for a client.

    When creating an authorization, you can now specify the start and end date, link service types, and enable a setting to view the authorization statuses when creating an appointment.     We have several therapists that keep their own calendars (they do all their own scheduling). Sometimes they will "miss" (ignore) the automated email from TheraNest that a client's insurance authorization has ended. It would be nice if there were a way to set up a pop-up reminder (or something similar) that would prevent them from scheduling a new appointment without actively acknowledging that the authorization has ended.
