Have a report for business owners to separate the copays to provide a distinction between insurance companies. For example, at the end of the year, I would like to see the total income from each insurance company - including copays. At this time, copays are paid direct deposit from TheraNest but copays are not separated. We are receiving a bulk deposit from TheraNest for ALL transactions.
I need a report that I can run that ranks the payers revenue for my business. For example, I need to know what percentage of each payer, whether insurance or self pay makes up my income and how much that payer paid my business. I already know BCBS is my highest revenue but I want to see where the other insurances rank so I can make better financial decisions
It would be lovely to have a report you could run based on the payor. So I could run a report on Anthem payments for the year, or Cigna, etc. This would make a fairly easy way to double check tax documents.
