Allow me to see any client birthdays on my TheraNest calendar.

Require service types when creating client appointments

Make the service code a required field when creating an appointment. Some clinicians accidentally skip adding it, which causes missed billing opportunities and requires me to run weekly reports to catch errors.

Customize how appointments are color-coded

Allow me to set how I want my appointments on the schedule to be color-coded. I may want them color-coded by provider, location, etc.

Block scheduling for particular clients

Administrators should be able to prevent a client from being scheduled by a clinician. Overdue balances need to be paid before an appointment can be scheduled.

Allow two-way syncing with external calendars (Google, Apple, etc.)

Make it so you can enter appointments or events from an external calendar (Google, Apple, etc.) and then they automatically sync to your TheraNest calendar.
