Filter calendar by room and display room availability

We are a large practice with 27 clinicians sharing 15 rooms. It would be FANTASTIC for clinicians to be able to check room availability at the time of booking. Instead, we rely on self-reporting through Google Calendars that rarely match the Theranest calendar. We lose a significant amount of money without this feature as rooms stand unused. If the room use was tied directly to Theranest appointments, our clinicians would be able to schedule much more easily.

We share office space between 9 providers. It would be nice if we could see the availability of the individuals rooms right on our schedules and be able to assign providers to each room instead of having to do it by each appointment.

PLEASE expedite this feature! There is a therapeutic impact when I am forced to use an inappropriate room. Sometimes, a colleague may have a room signed out but does not end up using that room for whatever reason. In these cases, I could message the colleague to inquire about the room usage. Yet currently, I cannot determine which therapist has signed out the room, thus cannot contact the colleague - I then end up avoiding using that room when it could have been a viable option. Additionally, a room may only be unavailable for say 15 minutes of a targeted time slot, which I may be able to work around. But I currently cannot tell (in the calendar view) which rooms are being used, even though it visually appears that one of the rooms only has a 15 minute overlap within the targeted time slot...but which room and which colleague?! Without that information, I am forced to sign out a room that may be less desired or clinically inappropriate. Yet if I could visually see the room usage in the calendar, I could make an informed decision about how to effectively schedule.

It would be great to have a filter, similar to to service or the location filter, but for room assignments. This way you could see who is using what room and when, without the other appointments showing.

I would love if we can get this feature (even if it is just a beta model) ASAP!

We envision a chart showing all the rooms (we have 17 therapy rooms at this location) with color blocks showing which rooms are booked for what time(s)

We need to be able to share calendars (especially which room is booked) without having to give all staff with access to the calendar access to the files of the entire organization.

Allow other therapists to see what room is booked and at what time. Right now you can see that the therapist is busy on the calendar but it doesn't show what room they are booked in.

We have 6 rooms and no one can see who has any given room scheduled so we would like for our counselors and team members to be able to see (view only-not edit) which rooms are unavailable and/or available to help avoid confusion.

Allow us to see which rooms are available for reoccuring appointments rather than guessing and waiting for a notice to appear.

I would like to click day view, and all therapists, and see them organized by room in columns.

We only have 5 rooms, but 8 counselors. It would be great if there was an option to bring up an error or warning if we try to book 6 in person appointments. It is causing a lot of distress in our office as we have multiple schedules and multiple people making appointments

Yes, please! We office share and it would make it so much easier to see what rooms are being used.

Make which rooms are occupied visible so you would be able to see which clinician is in which room at any given time.

Yes, this would be a very valuable addition to a calendar view. When meeting space is tight, we need to be able to see this in 'real time' to manage appointments, space and therapists.

We have staff set to only view assigned clients, with access to see "Busy" for calendar and agenda for other staff members. However, staff need to be able to see which rooms are booked.

Allow the calendar to use the same rooms for different 'location'. For example, right now we cannot have accurate location in TheraNest when doing a hybrid of telehealth and in-person from the same room. Since it is imperative that location be accurate, we have created two locations: one for OFFICE and the other for VIDEO SESSION. Both locations use the same room but TheraNest will allow double booking of one room because it has separate 'rooms' for each locations. Since we are a gorup practice and share 3 offices, we are running into all kinds of problems. We have to solve it by using one location and that means the client's invoice is not accurate for the type of service we provided. Their office will state Office when we are doing telehealth. We do NOT use Theranest's telehealth add-on and never will so that is not a solution. PLEASE update our ability to provide 2 different services in the same room as this is where our industry is at. We are now in a hybrid of in person and video from the same office and our EHR software needs to reflect the way our business evolved. And this needs to happen in order to meet insurance regulations.
