See other staff's calendar availability without showing appointment details

Currently, every staff member can see all appointments assigned to other staff members EXCEPT when someone has Therapist level permissions and can only view assigned clients. As a clinician working in a group practice, it is very helpful to be able to see when my colleagues are scheduled for appointments on any given day. For example, it helps to let me know when a colleague might be free, who is going to be the first/last person to arrive or leave for the day, and if/when they are scheduled to see a parent or sibling of my own client.

We're excited to let you know this suggestion has been implemented! Today we released an update that allows staff members with Therapist level permissions that can only view assigned clients the ability to view other staff members’ availability in the Agenda and Calendar. These users will see saved events in the calendar but no client details are shown - instead the event will display as BUSY. Thanks for your feedback on this suggestion! If you have any questions or feedback, feel free to reach out to our support team at support@theranest.com.

I would love this as well as we are a group practice. Therapists and interns have to reach out to admins to figure out who is scheduled. I vote yes for this

This would be very ideal for our practice! We have to keep up with who is the first in the office and who will be the last out of the office. Our therapist make their own schedules and it varies daily. This would allow all therapist to see each other's schedules and keep up with who has the responsibility of locking up.

Yes!!! Please, we cannot see who is first in to open the office or who is last out to lock up. This seems like an easy fix to allow therapist to view a group calendar and room assignments.

YES! My therapists cannot see who will be the last person in the office, or if they will be the first person there. I have part-time therapist who cannot see when the office is already booked UNTIL they go to click on the calendar. They may have agreed on a time with their client and then they have to go around "fishing" for an available slot. Please allow therapist to view each others calendar without having access to all the financials.

People with "clinician/therapist level" of access do not have the ability to see others' schedules. We share a space and we need access to each others' schedules to ensure we are not double-booking the space.

All of this. AND show who has booked what room.

Our therapists are seeking to only view their clients assigned AND would like to see when other clinicians are free. What we would like to see is that those appointments scheduled display as "grayed out" or unavailable to other clinicians. This way it tells them they are busy with client appointments but do not give identifying information away. We were running into the issue of a clinician scheduling a meeting when a therapist was actually busy with clients.

As the practice administrator I can't see each person's open times on the calendar. A day on which the person doesn't work looks the same as a day that is open for clients. I am finding that I need to use the client scheduling link in a separate window to see when therapists are free. Can available times be shaded in the therapist's calendar color so we can see where the gaps are?

In calendar view, allow all appointments to be visible to whole clinic even without permission to view all clinic clients. Client names not included just appointment room and Clinicians.

A way to view time slots that are open for easy viewing of where a therapist can schedule.

I am a scheduler and this PLATFORM needs improvement, please: When in the WEEK view, please ask TECH team to create color to offset the available versus unavailable times. ** The grey blocks in the STAFF view would be great if also on the WEEK view. Thank you!

We are a clinic that has 15 therapists based in our Tokyo office and 6 therapists based in Okinawa, so it would be nice to have a feature where therapists can see one another's appointments without being able to change them/access the information of people who are not their clients.

The grey out feature for availability should be available for the week view as it is for the staff view

when scheduling appointments, it is important to be able to see availability of that therapist in the weekly view , Otherwise, we have to look day by day because the grey area only shows up on the staff view

When scheduling appointments for our therapists from the Calendar screen, it would be helpful to see a therapist's open/unavailable times in the day and week views. At this time, if I try to schedule for a new client and I'm looking at the therapist's week, I don't know if it is available until I hit enter to make the appointment.

an option to have a group of staff's scheduled viewed on going for office staff who handle the scheduling. And not defaulting back to the office stafff schedule

My group of therapist's need to be able to see which therapists are working at what times, but not see the client information. The therapists need to know each other's schedules, but not the name of the client they are seeing and certainly not be able to see notes on each other's clients.

I would all providers to see who is working where when, but not make everyone's patients open to all.If there was a setting where they could see others schedules in the practice, just a color block but no data, that would help.

I would actually love a way to hide my calender from other staff as the administrator or to restrict who sees my calender. My front desk staff use the ability to see my calender as a way to choose which times they could slack off with work. They also share my schedule with the others even though told not to share my information. I also personally also don’t like them knowing my schedule as the owner of the practice as well.
