View a staff member's availability from their profile

A feature like this would be a time-saver and I could see how it could have a significant impact on a practice in terms of scheduling efficiency. There should be an option in the calendar to select a block of time and label/categorize it as "Available" and then be able to report off all events with this selection. This would make it MUCH more efficient to see all available appointment slots and then be able to filter by therapist, day, etc. We are currently experimenting with this type of feature by creating a client with first name "Available" and last name "For New Intake". We have assigned the "client" to all therapists in our test group. We then indicate their availability in the calendar by opening an event and selecting the client "Available For New Intake". Now we can open that "client" and view appointments. We can see the exact days, times and who has them. The issue is that these are billable events that we have to deal with. Not sure if this approach will create other unintended negative consequences as well but it is the first approach in trying to more efficiently filling therapist's available appointment slots, which has proven to be a significant challenge.

I would like to see in the staff section, somewhere the therapists are able to add the availability they have open to see new clients.
