Show UNAVAILABLE time slots in the calendar as grayed out. Right now, the only way to tell what's not available is to be denied when trying to book, or to create an event called "unavailable" for each of those time slots, but then it totally clutters up one's Google or Apple Calendar.
When looking at the day or week view of the calendar, I would love to be able to see the times I have marked as available. For example: if I have set availability from 1-4PM on a given Tuesday, when I'm trying to schedule a client on that day, I would like to see the same period shaded in some color that indicates that the time is open and aligns with my availability.
When looking at the day or week view on the calendar, it would be nice if the calendar were shaded according the the availability I've set in the availability tab. This would help me see what times I have available when I'm doing my own scheduling.
It would make it user friendly for staff and therapist if there was an updated automatic list of available appointment slots to read off of rather than having to go through every day and week.
I love that you guys added this, I was about to suggest this today when I found out it was done! But it is a little difficult. Having only the day view is hard to see because you have to scroll down and scroll through each day, which is slow. It would be great to see the available slots on the month and weekly view. I just want to see all available slots for the day at a glance. Also, when I filled the slot with an appointment, the availability slot did not automatically delete. So you have to go and delete it manually which is tedious.
I just enabled the beta advanced availability and it would be a great and helpful feature if there were week and monthly view options for that and not just day.
with Advanced Availability you are able to search by Availability Type? So if I have 4 counselors who have openings for Consultations, can I search for all Consultation openings?
Setting where I can block clients from scheduling, but I can put appointments on, without overriding. Example: I specialize in child/adolescent services. I can block my after school hours from clients scheduling them, but I can add a client without a hassle. This would allow me to protect those times for the target population. Its a feature I have with my current employer on Simple Practice. Its greys out my availability, but I can just click on the time and add an appointment.
When we are looking at the weekly view you cannot tell what the staff's calendar is or what is open. The calendar is just all white. Grey out the calendar like it is when its on a daily view so when we are booking visits we can tell what slots are open and what is not.
I'd love to see greyed out availability on the weekly calendar view as we can on the "Staff" view. We have over 20 therapists, and they all have different availability. We are currently shuffling through paper availability sheet. It would be awesome to be able to see everyone's availability on the weekly calendar view as well.
I'd love for admin to be able to see availability on each therapist's calendar. Currently they are flipping through a book to see what each therapist's availability is. We have over 20 therapists, and each person has different availability.
Have the option of viewing unavailable and available times on the day/week/month view of the calendar without having to look at the staff view. It would be even more helpful to have available times be a different color, like yellow so I can easily see which times are open
