In an agency where multiple people are responsible for scheduling client appointments it would be helpful to see on the appointment or on the appointment list the staff that scheduled/created each appointment.
Can you add a feature to an appointment that shows when it was scheduled? This can help us rectify discrepancies when a client says they did not schedule the appointment, and it impacts cancellation fees.
Add time stamp on each appointment in the calendar that includes which staff member made the appointment and when the appointment was created. This information can be searched for under Activities in Organization, but it would be really helpful for therapists to have quick access from their calendar to see when an appointment was made and who entered it.
