Don't immediately send new appointment/changed appointment emails
When I create a new appointment for a client or edit an existing appointment, don't send them an email right away. Sometimes I may make a mistake and I want to be able to correct it before they get the email.
We have a large practice and our providers each have different rates. Allow me to set up service types for each provider rather than having one large list of organization-wide service types.
new updates are very time consuming to keep flipping between the tabs when you are trying to determine where the latest insurance payment was credited. Please at the least put the payment dates back on the fully paid invoice tab
It would be nice if there was a "privacy mode" (not just in the calendar tab) that showed only client initials in the agenda, notes, etc - this would allow for using theranest even in settings in which others might be able to see the screen.
As an admin, allow me to set the amount of time a user is logged out due to inactivity. The amount of time needs to be less for front office staff, but it can be more for people who work in the back office.
